NO BLACKOUT CURTAINS
I know some people are against this, but light curtains let the light in so you would naturally wake up when the sun rises.
HAVE MORNING ROUTINE
I don’t mean anything complicated it could be as simple as breakfast, coffee, meditation, or your usual skincare routine.
SET A SLEEP SCHEDULE
This needs to be consistent with some flexibility. Things happen so just listen to your body, not every day is the same.
FOCUS ON BEDTIME
This means no distraction right before bed. This includes social media, phone, and TV. They affect tremendously how we sleep.
